Two (2) lock extensions may be requested; however, the cumulative lock extension maximum may not exceed 45 days from the initial expiration date.
The cumulative lock period including extensions may not exceed 75 days.
The loan will be relocked for 15 days. If additional days are needed, contact the Broker Coordinator to request an extension. Standard fees will apply.
